病例1、陈××，男，43岁，湖北省武穴市人，1994年04月16日就诊。腹泻伴脓血粘液便一年半。曾有多次痢疾发作病史，一年前突然腹泻，大便日解5～6次，带有脓血，夹杂粘液，便时小腹疼痛、里急后重，先后到多家医院诊治，收效欠佳，而来我部住院就诊。刻下：大便日解3-4次，带有粘液、少量脓血、腹部隐隐作痛、胀气不适、饮食欠佳，全身乏力，身体消瘦，小便正常，夜卧尚安，舌质偏淡红，苔薄白微黄，脉濡弱。在某医院做结肠钡剂灌肠造影提示：慢性结肠炎。
Case 1. Chen, male, 43 years old, from Wuxue, Hubei Province, visited the hospital on April 16,1994. Diarrhea with pus and blood and mucus for a year and a half. I had a history of dysentery attacks, sudden diarrhea a year ago, stool solution 5~6 times a day, with pus and blood, mixed mucus, lower abdomen pain, urgent emergency, I went to many hospitals for diagnosis and treatment, poor effect, and I came to our department for hospitalization. Carving: stool solution 3-4 times a day, with mucus, a small amount of pus and blood, abdominal pain, flatulence discomfort, poor diet, body fatigue, body wasting, normal urine, lying at night, the tongue is light red, thin white and yellow, pulse is weak. Colonic barium enema in a hospital suggests: chronic colitis.
诊断：慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎。中医辨证：脾虚夹湿、兼有气滞血瘀。
Diagnosis: Chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis. TCM syndrome differentiation: spleen deficiency and dampness, both qi stagnation and blood stasis.
治法：健脾利湿、行气化瘀。采取中药口服和灌肠同时进行，将治疗过程分为“清”、“调”、“固”三个阶段。
Treatment method: invigorating the spleen and promoting dampness, performing gasification and blood stasis. Oral medicine and enema were taken simultaneously, and the treatment process is pided into three stages: "clearing", "regulating" and "solid"
口服基本处方：黄芪30g人参12g薏苡仁30g苍术15g厚朴15g炒山药15g白芍15g炒白术15g陈皮10g柴胡12g升麻12g神曲12g甘草10g。在第一阶段方中加入黄连12g白头翁15g桃仁12g以清热解毒、化瘀祛腐，服药14剂后，大便日解1～3次、大便带有脓血粘液明显减少、无明显腹痛;在第二阶段方中加入香附15g广木香10g补骨脂10g芡实30g重用炒山药30g白芍30g以调肝脾肾的功能，服药20剂后，患者大便日解1～2次、临床症状消失;三阶段继续服用基本处方月余，以巩固疗效，同时嘱咐患者防止过度疲劳、精神刺激、禁食生冷辛辣制品。灌肠方药由黄芪、白芨、苦参、地榆、金银花、黄、黄连、浙贝母、三七粉等中药组成，制成中药煎剂，每晚灌肠一次，每次灌入中药煎剂药液80～150ml为宜，至第二阶段口服中药结束为停止。经上述治疗后，病获痊愈，随访至今没再发作。

The enema formula is composed of astragalus, Bletilla striata, bitter ginseng, elm, honeysuckle, yellow, Coptis chinensis, Zhejiang fritillaria and Panax notoginseng powder. It is made into Chinese medicine decoction, which is infused once every night with 80~150ml of Chinese medicine decoction each time, and stopped at the end of the second stage. After the above treatment, the disease was recovered, and there has been no further attack since the follow-up.
病例2、在2015年5月份的一天晚上，我的手机突然响起，因为是陌生手机号码，号码显示是天津蓟县地区的，当时这个地方也没有亲朋好友，连续响两次我也没有接听。爱人在厨房做饭，没想到她也听到了，她说：这个电话打的非常急，肯定有急事找你，要不是有急事，不会你给他挂了又打过来，再打过来你一定要接。别说、关键的时候往往女士还是有先见之明，她的话音没落下手机又响起。手机那头是一位男士的声音，急促说：所长好,我是小张，是上饶某部炊事班班长……，当时我怎么也想不起来了，我爱人反而一下子回忆起来了。找我是给他妈妈(也是丈母娘)看病，患者患有胆囊癌已经肝转移了，年龄才47岁，战友是她大女婿，不能不管，蓟县和天津某医院都看了，大夫都说不好治，要做手术让家人先签字，不作任何保证。我听了之后，不知道是出于战友之情还是医生的本能，没加任何考虑、毫无犹豫的告诉他，这个病到了这个份上，不要到处乱治疗了，直接中医中药治疗调理好了、活一天算一天，否则将是人财两空。第二天他们就开车来到北京我所在的北京泗河中医医院。
Case 2. One night in May 2015, my mobile phone suddenly rang, because it was a strange mobile phone number, the number was from Jixian County, Tianjin, there were no friends and relatives, and I did not answer for two consecutive times. I wanted to see his mother (also her mother-in-law). The patient had gallbladder cancer with liver metastasis and was only 47 years old. His comrade was her eldest son-in-law, and she could not be ignored. After listening to this, I did not know whether it was out of the feeling of comrades or the doctor's instinct. Without any consideration or hesitation, I told him that this disease arrived, do not disorderly treatment everywhere, direct Chinese medicine treatment, live day by day, otherwise it would be empty. The next day they drove to the Beijing Sihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I worked.
当时患者形体消瘦、面色青黄、双目无神、少气懒言、腹大如鼓、右胁胀痛舌苔白腻微黄，脉沉弱等症状。给予望闻问切、辨证施治、并且再三叮嘱，一定要配合治疗、注意饮食调理、保持乐观的心态等，部分病历和处方请参考图片一和图片二。二诊患者诸症明显缓解，患者给我的感觉也是一位乐观派，就这样服药中药后，病情稍有缓解、就去参加跳广场舞了，简直是不可思议。效不更法，坚持服药半年以上、诸症消失。

2022年9月6号17点18分联系了患者的女孩、她说：“吴大夫，我妈妈挺好的，谢谢您”。这些年患者曾经三次来北京医院找我，第一次是在治疗后第二年来复诊，又用中药治疗调理2两个月余以巩固疗效;第二次是因为闹情绪病情有所复发，中医中药治疗调理2个月左右而安;第三次是因为患者患其它疾病输液输入头孢类药物导致病情有所复发，中医中药治疗调理2个月左右再次安然无事至今。

病例3：患者李某、女，35岁。经熟人介绍于2017年底来医院就诊。结婚后数年不孕不育，先后在老家和北京多家医院就诊，经中西医治疗无效，并且北京某医院告诉她，双侧输卵管严重堵塞，不可能自然受孕。当时患者悲观失望情绪低落，在和表弟聊天时提及此事，表弟一边安慰一边给她介绍自己和爱人结婚后两年多不孕不育，经服用中药治疗调理后喜得贵子的经过(那时我还在部队工作)，患者以半信半疑、思前顾后的心情找到我。当时医院看病需要定点，医院还没有医保，好在我是多点执业，所在的通州玉桥南里社区卫生服务站可以定点，年关也要来临，为了让患者少花钱，我说：你还是把你的医保卡定点改在玉桥南里社区卫生服务站，新年后安安心心的服药治疗调理半年，行就行、不行我也无能为力，你思想上要有所准备啊!!

新年后患者如期过来就诊，刻下疲乏腰酸，畏寒、肢体发凉，饮食正常，二便通畅，月经不调、量少色暗，伴有经前乳房胀痛，少腹隐隐作痛，舌苔薄白，舌质淡红，舌边齿痕，舌下脉络瘀，脉细涩弱。给于辨证施治、立法处方，所以用方药请参考(图片三)。经过数诊治疗调理数月，患者突然停经数日，自己做尿妊娠试验，明明显示已经怀孕了，也不自信，还把结果发给我看看，我也很高兴恭喜恭喜!!又因患者年龄偏大，妊娠反应等情况比较明显，能解决的我就给予解决，不能解决的我就请教原通州红旗医院妇产科的张主任 (这里要谢谢她多年来的给我的解惑帮助)，终于患者铠甲喜生贵子。
